Distinguishing Fields in 4 Breaths
📋 Procedure:
- First breath – Silence yourself
➔ Release all expectations.
➔ Become pure presence. - Second breath – Feel the first impulse
➔ Pause at the very first sensation.
➔ No interpretation, just pure sensing. - Third breath – Ask the inner question:
➔Is this function, emotion, a person, or myself?
- Fourth breath – Remove what is foreign
➔ Release your own tension.
➔ Allow the sender's field to fade.
➔ Let emotional echoes disperse.
➔ See what remains.
🌀 If after four breaths you feel:
- Weight and stability ➔ Target’s field (function of place).
- Wavering or pulsations ➔ Emotional residue from people.
- A push or directional force ➔ Sender's field.
- Restlessness or inner tension ➔ Your own expectation.
✨ Duration:
🔹 The whole exercise takes about 30–60 seconds.
This is like a “quick passport check” for the field before deeper exploration.
🌀 Exercise: Circling and Silence — Field Recognition in 3 Orbits
📋 Objective:
- Stop perceiving the target as a point or image.
- Feel the entire space of the field from different layers and directions.
- Let the impulse emerge only after a pause for clarity.
🚶️ Step-by-step:
1. Enter silence:
- Close your eyes or soften your inner vision.
- Return to the zero-point: "I know nothing. I am simply here."
2. First orbit — Main space:
- Imagine facing forward.
- Ask: What resonates directly ahead? (Tension, weight, pulse)
- Pause — don't grab the first impression.
3. Second orbit — Side space:
- Rotate your sensing gently to the left.
- Ask: What resonates from the left side? (Different tension? More light?)
- Pause again.
4. Third orbit — Hidden space:
- Rotate your sensing behind or downward.
- Ask: Is there something hidden? Does the space change?
- Pause — accept even emptiness.
5. Return:
- Return to the center.
- View the field as a spiral of tensions, not a flat image.
✨ Duration:
About 3–5 minutes total — but allow it to flow naturally.
🔑 Key Rules:
- Pause after each reception to clear the signal.
- Circling — allow the field to speak from multiple sides.
- No judgment — perceiving "nothing" is valid too.
